The Group's mission is to be the leading group of voice self-service users, and to share their experiences and knowledge to support the development and adoption of such solutions.

Objectives

The Voice Leadership Group is an association of members who work in organisations that have deployed, or plan to deploy, voice self-service or speaker verification solutions. The Voice Leadership Group also invites guests who are involved in the industry to join the membership with the aim of:

·         Exploring options for improving the use of voice self-service or speaker verification solutions;

·         Improving the level of consumer satisfaction using voice self-service;

·         Improving the financial reward from existing and proposed investments in voice self-service or speaker verification solutions;

·         Influencing the direction of industry participants in future voice self-service or speaker verification technology;

·         Promoting the business benefits gained from the adoption of voice self-service or speaker verification solutions in organisations that have not yet deployed them.
