The original intention in establishing the Voice Leadership Group was to concentrate the leadership of the Group on business drivers within the community of businesses that use voice self-service or speaker verification solutions, whilst recognising that other stakeholders such as IT departments, Call Centre staff, technology specialists etc would have involvement. It is also recognised that the Group would benefit from the participation by industry experts, Academics and other stakeholders.
